To suspend the voting rights and use of common areas/facilities of any member(s), or their member’s tenant, guest, or invitee, of those member(s) that are 90 days delinquent in paying a monetary obligation due to the Association in accordance with Florida Statute 720.305 until the monetary obligation is paid in full. The Association authorizes its manager to demand any rent and refer all delinquent members to an attorney for collection.
